I leverage my extensive knowledge gained from experiences in legal, EEO compliance, DEIB leadership, and equity education to deliver the most up-to-date and effective education and strategic planning resources available. During my tenure as a DEIB Professional for the State of Ohio, my team and I developed the statewide DEI Strategic Model, which earned us the prestigious Innovations in State Government Award in 2021 from the National Association of State Chief Administrators. I integrate this award-winning strategy with my other experiences and certifications to offer comprehensive DEIB services.

I am trained in the Community Resiliency Model by the Trauma Resource Institute, enabling me to provide compassionate, empathetic DEIB services that incorporate trauma-informed practices to foster internal resilience. Additionally, I am certified as a HOPE Facilitator by Tuft's Medical Center, allowing me to deliver Introduction to HOPE training and guide organizations in using the HOPE lens when developing DEIB strategies.

Throughout my career, I have accumulated extensive experience in providing DEIB training, covering topics ranging from EEO/Sexual Harassment compliance to advanced subjects like health equity and community-focused strategy. Notably, I developed a self-directed and self-researched training program titled 'ACEs in the Workplace,' which explores how trauma manifests in and disrupts healthy workplace environments. I have presented this training, along with others, at numerous in-person and online conferences, primarily in Ohio and Indiana.
